The package is started with a deep dive consultation and a beautiful vision of the possibilities for your life are laid.

Receive a HeartHealing™️ audio to listen to every day up until your first session with me to prepare your heart, mind and soul for the upcoming healing.

 

We then work through healing each of your 5 receiving wounds (listed above) with the transformational HeartHealing sessions. These will be spread around 2 weeks apart. 

 

After each of the 5 HeartHealing sessions, I will send you a new imprinting audio that you will listen to every day. This is a beautiful transformative audio made by me specifically for you. The imprinting audios are very deep meditative audios to transform your mind, heart and soul for profound shifts and changes and healing​​

 

We will finish with a coaching session to embed everything we have worked through and mark your path moving forward.

After a transformative HeartHealing™️ Enoughness session with me, now start to listen to your personalised Heart Healing Imprinting audio each day to reprogram your heart and mind for fast incredible results.

 

Week 3

Coaching and energy healing to further clear old energies and integrate new thought patterns, beliefs and hold you accountable
 

Week 4

Coaching for the path that now lies ahead for you and a review of your amazing transformations.

FAQ's

Where do you offer the 121 sessions?

Online on zoom or in-person at my therapy room in Findern, Derby.

Most HeartHealing sessions are taken online and it's perfect this way if you have a private safe space at home with access to the internet. 

 

How do I book?

Just message me and depending on the package and when you wish to start it you will pay all or a small amount of the investment. 

Payment plans are also be possible for my 12 week package. Please speak to me about this.
